1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and COBRA AI Systems, a brand of Africa Media Consortium LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of our website, services, and applications.

  • ResuMatch AI and other specialized solutions

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Property

The services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and technology, are owned by Africa Media Consortium LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

5.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFRICA MEDIA CONSORTIUM LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Africa Media Consortium LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the services

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Africa Media Consortium LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services.
